Get the mind reset, strengthen the connection to the heart and sink for a week of pleasure and nourishment.
We let the sun and the sun-ripened, fresh and nutritious Greek diet nourish our body and mind.
This week is a mix of nourishing experience, small exercises and meditating Qi Gong.
The week has a day’s program and a single day off.
Every morning starts at. 8.00 with an opportunity for a walk in the sea and then Qi Gong in the hall or out in the nature 🙂
At 9 am, Stelios serves a wonderful Greek morning buffet with fresh and organic dishes.
Between 10 – 12 we make various forms of energy work.
It can be healing, massage or teaching understanding the body with emotional zones, releasing blockages and energy, all that brings us closer to our heart.
Then there is lunch break until 11.00. Ca. 16.00, where we work a few hours and finish the day with a longer meditation.
During breaks between 12 – 16 you will be able to have lunch, go to Karlovassi and shop, or just go down to the beach and enjoy a swim in the sea or sit in the sun.
You can also book a treatment for either Kranio Sacral, Shiatsu, Shaman Healing, Massage or Lymphatic Massage.

We have rented cars waiting for us at the airport, and every day I go to a special place where we taste local dishes run by sweet Greek families.
A trip to a “waterfall” through a small gorge excursion to the most beautiful healing beach of Ballos on the other side of the island.
A dinner in the mountains under huge big plane trees.
An excursion to the beautiful and touristy Kokkari and not least a dirt into the square in Karlovassi, which is just 10 min from where we live.
These excursions are just offers. If you prefer to stay on the spot and feel calm, feel free to do so.
You have to stay at Villa Eva, a wonderful place right on the Mediterranean Sea overlooking Turkey on the other side of the sea. Villa Eva is located just outside a small town, but close to one of the island’s most famous and used fishing restaurants. Family has owned this fish restaurant “Sofia” for several generations, and everything that is served is just up the sea if it is fish and squid.
